Lead on Duty

I was the Lead on Duty so whenever the GM wasn't there I handled all the problems. If the customer had a problem with their order I fixed the problem and made the customer happy. I had to make sure the cooks were doing their job and I had to make sure that the servers where doing their job as well. Even though I was in charge I took orders, ran orders, did dishes, and anything else that need to be done. I felt like it was my job to help the servers and cooks with their duties. At the end of the night I would have to do a money order which was to count the money in the drawer and add it to the credit cards and figure out how much we made during the day and then get a change order for the next day. I had to do it manually because we didn't have a computer to type it into or that would count it for us.
