Software Engineer
Worked as part of a 10-member IT Services team responsible for outsourcing IT operations and software projects at SEAT, Germany. (wholly-owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group)
Involved in defining the meta-architecture document, which included coding standards, technical architecture, and testing/deployment processes for implementing SEAT projects
Enhanced the existing Mobility Guarantee web application, by developing an administrator module using JSP-Spring-Hibernate frameworks, which would allow application admins to enter new vehicle data into the Oracle database
Built and consumed Java SOAP based web services – SEAT Club Registration service and CRM services respectively using Apache Axis2 framework
Developed a highly functional web application prototype using JSF, Spring, Hibernate and JPA technologies. This was used as a reference for building future web applications
Configured and optimized Tomcat in development, test and production environments on Windows, for hosting internal and external web applications

Worked closely with Project Manager in creating Requirement Specification document and defining the UI design of the new revonated ICS VC system
Developed a highly-functional visual prototype of the renovated ICS VC system using JSF - MyFaces framework, which became the reference for the development team to re-engineer the existing system
Reverse engineered, redesigned and reimplemented the existing central safety reporting module of ICS VC using Java technology, MyFaces FW and optimizing SQL queries in Oracle Database
