As a subject-matter expert in the finance arena, I

effectively launch startups, list companies on

strategies. I have participated in raising $700M
through IPOs, private placements and private
investment in public equity and other financial
instruments.

CAREER HISTORY
Consultant, 2010 to Present. Working with Private
Company Board Members for possible sale of a
Medical Device Company to a Private Equity firm.
Separately, provided analysis to a group
defining their exposure to mortgage loan
repurchases based on initial origination of sub-
prime loans.
CFO, Tix Corporation, 2007 to 2010. $80M
entertainment firm. Recruited by CEO to address SEC
issues and assist in relisting company on NASDAQ
Capital Markets exchange. Provided
quantitative and qualitative analysis to BOD and
management, regarding acquisitions, strategic
planning, budgeting and forecasting. Managed staff
of 15 and budget of $5M.
CFO, CytRx Corporation, 2004 to 2007. Biotechnology
company specializing in development of drugs for
neurodegenerative diseases. Recruited by Chairman
of the Audit Committee to assess and address issues
raised by the SEC. Managed accounting and finance,
cash management, human resources and IT.
President & General Manager, Cisco Brothers
Corporation. High-end furniture company, 2002 to
2003. Managed all aspect of operations,
finance, manufacturing, purchasing, human resources
and sales.
CFO, Qualstar Corporation. 2000 to 2002. Data
storage firm. Recruited by Founder to assist in
developing and executing IPO strategy. IPO
completed in June 2000.
