Installed Dynamics AX system with Enterprise Portal and Role Center. Customized AX functionalities according to client’s specifications. Customizations using Workflow and Enterprise Portal functionalities in AX. AX Administrator for security and functionalities.

Generation & import Order Form project for a vehicle trading company at Barbados

Designed the database and implemented logics to automate Order Form for Customer within Microsoft Dynamics AX environment. Used Aspose .NET tool in Visual Studio 2008 to create complex formatted reports in Excel and Words documents. This module makes generation of “Order Form” from a time-consuming process to a click of a button.

Charting Tool Project for Dashboard

This project used Nevron charting graphical library to create user-friendly interfaces for the window application. Designed a Chart Class to pull and load data from QuickBooks into charting diagrams using C# Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 .NET environment.

Telemarketing CRM Module Project in Dynamics AX

This project was a CRM module to keep track records of customer surveys by telephone. The users are actual surveyors who gather customers’ satisfactory feedback. The module also includes functionalities of three different reports that the user can generate from the module. Reports are generated as actual excel files within AX.
