Duties and Responsibilities;

• Undertake accurate and timely take offs and Bills of Quantity preparations from drawings for Variations, Final Account or Interim Payment Applications. Agree the Final Account.

• Provide basic research and data to support claims.

• Initiate commercial correspondence.

• Procure Site records and price Dayworks.
