Project Description- Hero Honda decided to implement Oracle CRM as a Dealer Management system across its 650+ dealer network.

Contribution; Sujay was responsible for understanding the clients’ requirement and business process for the parts sections. He was responsible in designing the business process flow based on the scheduled workshops and identification of necessary gaps. He was also responsible for documenting the Test Scripts for System and System integration testing and necessary execution. Worked with the Technical team to develop custom integration of Sales Order with the company’s portal. Also designed conversion templates for Item and on-hand based on the business requirements. Strongly contributed and supported the design solution, coding and testing of related area RICE objects. Sujay was also involved in the end user trainings and visited several dealer locations as part of training schedule.

Client: Maharashtra Seamless Limited, Team Member Manufacturing – Mumbai, India

Project Description- Maharashtra Seamless Ltd is Rs. 1500 core-turnover Company of D.P.Jindal group based at Gurgaon and the leading player in manufacture of seamless pipes in India. MSL decided to implement Oracle 11.5.10 to get a centralized and integrated business solution.

Contribution; Sujay responsibilities include defining, designing, managing and implementing Oracle Applications in various locations of the company. He was responsible for the Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Tests sessions and conducted client demos. Sujay was also responsible for the solution track of Process Manufacturing at MSL. He interacted with business owners to identify requirements and establish best business practices for implementation of custom interfaces. Several RICE objects were developed as part of solution. Test Scripts were created for the custom objects and necessary execution was done. Several custom reports were also developed and tested as part of reporting needs. Sujay was also responsible for conducting core team trainings. Project Description- After one and half year of Oracle implementation, Suguna faced certain issues with respect to OPM Costing and financial closing of Books. This has resulted in IBM engagement for handling issues related to manufacturing costing and smooth year end closing

Contribution; Sujay was responsible for the Post Implementation support. This includes supporting the functional business departments in performing the month-end and year end close, as well as developed and implemented their ad hoc financial reporting requirements (PL/SQL and SQL scripting). Also provided the transaction wise break-up of major accounts and analysis of wrong setup, if applicable and necessary scripts to avoid future mistakes. Sujay also developed a detailed document with respect to accounting generated at each transaction. Project Description- Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited, Headquartered in Kolkata (India), is a Government of India Undertaking and a leading producer of Paper and Newsprint with an annual production of approx. 3,50,000 MT. HPC decided to Implement Oracle 11.5.9 in order to stream line its business process.

Contribution; Sujay was responsible for conducting the AS IS and TO BE study to understand the client business requirements and envision the documents. Sujay was also responsible for identifying the clients reporting requirements and prepare the functional documents for them. As part of design solution, he was responsible for providing workarounds /customizations specifications for functional gaps. He was also a part of team which conducted the Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Tests sessions.
