• Medical Billing with some experience in Codes pertinent to Chiropractic but receptive to adapting to other areas and using relevant software.

• Ability to train, motivate, and supervise customer service employees.

• Staff of thirty five (35) competent and dedicated workers of varying expertise.

• Our Medical Transcription department with a staff of nine MT’s use HIPAA guidelines with a turnaround time of 2 to 24hrs with a 98% accuracy rate.

• Work is done Mondays to Saturdays and if the need arises a skeletal staff can be available to do work on a 24/7 basis.

• Preference to work with English speaking dictators with all necessary IT infrastructure and updated drug references for example, Stedman’s and Lippincott Williams versions.
