Airport Operations Agent /Ground Operations Technician/Driver

Responsibilities include, But not limited to check-in and verifies Customers personal identification; tags, lifts, and handles Customer luggage; books, sells, and verifies flight reservations; meets and assists with flight arrivals and departures; helps prepare aircraft cabin for departure; coordinates Customer boarding and deplaning; assists Customers with

special needs; and complies with any ad-hoc requests as needed. Individuals must be comfortable serving Customers, speaking on a public address system and using computers.Servicing aircrafts by operating ground service equipment (Driving Potable water Truck, ground power unit, Driving tug vehicle, Driving aircraft pushback vehicle, Driving 16 foot provisioning truck, lavatory truck, deicing truck, fork lift, etc),Work in a ramp environment and/or depending on the location may work in a warehouse environment which will include loading and unloading palettes onto and off loading dock, tags, lifts, loads and unloads Customer luggage (up to 100 lbs) from baggage compartment of aircraft and baggage system, Help prepare cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories, Assist Customers with special needs, e.g. Customers who need assistance in boarding, Guides aircraft to and from aircraft parking locations, Occasionally assist with loading and unloading mail, small packages and human remains, Stocks provisioning carts and completes inventory counts.

Cable Splicer/ Installation & Repair Technician \Driver

Responsible for placing, testing, troubleshooting and repairing pots cables for both underground and aerial access using approved equipment and tools. Responsibilities also require reading and comprehension of work request orders for installation and maintenance, engineering prints for new aerial and underground conditions as well as equipment orders for all outside technician projects while driving the company vehicles. Ability to perform all required duties for customers, vendors and organizational management. T1 line qualified circuit tester. Certifications in the following: First Aid/CPR, Defensive Driving, Installation, Maintenance, Cable Fault Location, Cable Splicing, Telephony Tools and Equipment Ordering, Pole Climbing, Bucket Training and ANSI/OSHA Safety Procedures. Worked on the Restoration of Project Ground Zero as of day two 9/12/2001.
