Ensure that QMS standards are met & subsidiaries are in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.

Ensure that QMS documents & records are controlled (originating, reviewing, approving, issuing and amending documents).

Measure and evaluate the performance of the processes

Establish key performance indicators for each process in line with business objectives

Assign process owners across all areas to improve processes.

Train all of the process users on the new process

Conduct periodic meeting with process owners for updates

Develop annual internal quality audit plan

Assign auditors to perform the audit

Define the scope of the audit, areas to be audited and the results of previous audits accordingly, notify selected auditors

Conduct internal audits in accordance to audit programs.

Follow up audits to ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions

Identify & evaluate quality related training needs & deliver training.

Conduct monthly meeting with QA managers to discuss & follow up effectiveness of the quality management system.

Ensure that data related to customers, suppliers, processes performance are analyzed well.

Prepare & provide the Chief Executive Officer and subsidiary General Manager with periodic reports from data analysis conclusions.

Continually monitor the performance of key processes

Schedule management review committee meeting and prepare meeting agendas
