o Participated in Technical & Resources issues for Complex turn-key project, contract administration, estimation for bidding & proposal for clients.

o Verified & evaluation of sub-contractors/vendors and their functional capabilities as required and contract plan for individual assigned boundary as schedule within budget.

o Reinstated several non-compliances to the classification & clients’ requirement and prepared technical reviews collectively due to unexpected condition with analytical solution.
