Program Quality Manager

• Contract (PEAK Technical Services) manufacturing Program Quality Manager for multiple variants of the Cougar Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Light Armored Vehicle.

• In response to customer requests for proposal, prepared detailed Quality Division MRAP project budget estimates for Program Quality, Supplier Quality, and Product Conformance.

• Created and updated formal processes and procedures used by Quality Control Specialists and Certified Weld Inspectors during both in-process and final vehicle inspections.

• Critical member of corporate Material Review Board. Reviewed, modified, and/or approved suspect and nonconforming material rework instructions for manufacturing implementation and coordinated results with corporate management.
