NPI Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Global Test: Directed Global NPI GB test projects to secure Motorola’s GB certification in 5 locations worldwide. NPI / MOL Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Test Site Manager: Led team of 43 engineers and technicians and oversaw MX site transfers to locations worldwide. Front End equipment like ICT, X-Ray, AOI, and Flying probe were supported.

It manufactures and distributes AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, and magnetic. Their customers are primarily OEM providers in the telecommunications, networking, office equipment, industrial automation, and test instrumentation industry.

Production Control Leader: Managed the daily production of the feeders area like SMT, cables, pre-assembly, and coils in order to keep the final assembly line running without any interruption due to lack of feeders. Moreover, on the cables area, I verified the functional test, the proper visual aid for each harness, the right AWG and crimp tools, the right fixture for the routing of each part number, the equipment for continuity test (calibration and setting), and the integrity of the high-voltage AC primary wire insulation (Hi-Pot) in order to meet UL and ISO9000 requirement.
