Operating forklift (loading, unloading trucks daily), welding (primarily tack), use of wide variety of shop tools (bench grinder, overhead crane, etc.), diagnosis of problems and subsequent repair of large bore gate valves, use of computer program SAP to check in freight and stock items where need be, using computer to retrieve drawings of parts for meticulous inspection, high pressure painting and all operations thereof.

2005-2008 Office Manager, Hansen Engineering

Answering multiple phone lines and taking detailed messages, filing paperwork, word process documents (Microsoft Word, Works, Excel), plan checking, general cleaning when necessary. Shop duties include performing Maximum Density Tests for various job sites, and concrete cylinder breaking. Field Experience dealt with performing soils tests (sand cone method), performed on site concrete inspections assisting resident engineer and company owner John Hansen.

2003-2005 Pantry/Line Cook, Red Lobster

Pantry duties were preparing appetizers and salads under pressure, stocking next shift with goods. Line duties comprised operating deep fryer, broiler, and assembling plates. Rapid pace and precision were required for both locations.
