Key responsibilities : Control Instruments in various areas of plant details as follows.

137 MW (e) STEAM TURBINE:

Perform duty on 137MW (e) Turbine Generator (T/G).

• Perform daily routines & call up cards.

• Operate all auxiliary systems of T/G during start-up & shutdown of plant.

• Monitor all parameters and take complete reading set with corrective action accordingly.

CONTROL ROOM:

Perform duties in control room:

• Monitor all critical parameters in C/R & take complete reading set.

• Acknowledge alarms & take corrective action accordingly.

• Feed all C/R logs and technical data & take print out.

• Maintain equipment maintenance data after and before maintenance of the equipment.

FIRE FIGHTING:

• To arrange & perform fire fighting drills and call up cards to prevent unexpected fire hazard.

AUXILIARIES & CONVENTIONAL:

Operate and monitor all auxiliaries and conventional system like:

• High-pressure boiler feed water pumps.

• Condensate water pumps.

• Pump house operation.

• 600-scfm air supply compressors.

• 675-Ton capacity CARRIER chillers.

• Heat exchangers & condenser operation.

DE-MINERALIZE WATER PLANT:

Perform duty on 48000 Gallons De-mineralise Water Plant.

• Operate De-mineralize water plant taken into service & out of service.

• Perform complete regeneration steps for next operation.

• Handling and monitoring chemical feed water system in boiler feed water and Condensate water.

REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT PLANT:

Perform duty on 100 thousands Gallons per day Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant.

• Perform daily routine and call-up cards.

• Taken into service and taken out of service of the plant.

• Monitor all parameters; take complete readings and corrective action during plant operation.

• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
