As the IT administrator my role required my management of the Exchange Server, BES, VMWare ESX infrastructure,
Desktop support, Server 2000 – 2012 management for multiple domains and mixed mode environment. This support
spanned the home office and 7 remote locations. In addition to a technical role I managed licensing, backup and
projects. As required I performed customer technical support.

As a senior technical resource for MicroAge I managed multiple customer networks and provided consulting and
system administration that included virus and spyware removal, wireless and wired network security, firewall
configuration, ISP sharing and security configurations, data backup/recovery and Hardware/Software installations and
upgrades.
Telecommunications Technician (Feb 2011 –May 2011)
ATI Telecom International (Prince George, BC)
As a technician at ATI Telecom I installed and repaired telecommunications equipment, provided “Telus 5 Star
Customer Service”, worked on D-Mark, Bix, toned and terminated lines and managed internal wiring, performed pole
spurring to provide services to homes and businesses. Professionally delivered ADSL and Phone installations which
included Wi-Fi configuration. I functioned in this role both in the home office and at remote locations.

Managed network administration for 180 users in 8 locations. Functioned as a project manager providing ROI and

Versalt’s clients. I provided education to clients and staff on site specific hardware and software requirements.
Implemented many security features including bio-metrics and RSA authentication. Provided support for security
camera administration and audio/video equipment. In addition to my regular duties I assisted Versalt with expanding
into the home technical support.

Provided Domain administration for Assistus’ largest client with approximately 400 users and 21 servers. This role
included supporting many remote sites, managing a Veritas backup solution with a Dell PowerVault autoloader.
Managing Mirapoint and Fortigate firewall and spam filtering solutions. This site required management of its
extensive VPN, RDP and Citrix environment as well as it’s Avaya telephone system.
