• Approved invoices and authorized payments made to sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Investigated purchasing problems and resolved all payment disputes and facilitated conflict resolution with business partners.
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, cost and deliver
• Work with design to value engineer new units to make most effective use of materials and minimize cost
