COLLEGE PROJECT DETAILS
Design of Hydrogen car and Hydrogen as an alternative fuel:-
In which I have consider about the hydrogen car engine design and why it’s different from the regular petrol and diesel engine design, Thermal analysis of hydrogen engine , Comparison with petrol and diesel engine , Valve timing diagram ,Types of Injector systems using in Hydrogen car engine and more.
Project on welding processes and research on underwater welding:-
In which I have consider different types of welding processes like underwater welding, Thermit welding, Electron beam welding , Arc welding ,forge welding, friction welding ,Tig welding, Gas welding , Plasma arc welding ,Laser welding and more .
Detail study on under water welding in which I have covered type of welding is used to weld assemblies that are impractical or too expensive to move above water. Specific techniques are used to insure a sound weld. The method uses a well insulated electrode holder and coated electrodes. Most welding applications use a 7018 series electrode that is coated with wax or a proprietary plasticized coating. Welding current is normally set to about 10% higher than would be used for welding in an air environment. The recommended polarity is DCSP (Direct Current Straight Polarity).
