My role initially was to develop the HTML pages (during the requirement phase) and be part of the review meetings in the validation phase. After the designs were passed I was responsible to work in tandem with the developers to test the codes and started executing Java script using an emulator to keep an eye on memory usage of the STB so that it is in conformance with client’s requirements.
