Repair on Tap Changer (Offload), Change gasket, O-ring seal and Breather silica gel. Fixing & Repair main Oil tank, Oil level indicator, Coupling ,Bucholz Relay ( Oil Pressure relay) and Thermometric Relay.
Filled up Nitrogen to its required level/Pressure range, Reprocesses and Filtration of used Oil Bake used silica gel to remove moisture .
Testing of HV/LV feeder power cable of Turbine Generator/ Diesel Generator by means of Megger Insulation Test, and Hi Pressure test.( Hi-pot)
Check /Trouble-shooting of HV/MV/LV Feeder buried cables, Locate and Rectify the faults using cable tracer TDR –Time Domain Reflectiometer, EXCOPAC-for cable locator and ECHO Meter for tampering machine the cable faulty.
Carry out Preventive maintenance schedule of Electrical Equipments such as: Generator ,Transformer LV/HV switch gear ,UPS, etc.
Prepare a plan for Preventive maintenance of all Electrical Equipment on my area responsibilities. And proposed a corrective measure to avoid breakdown of the equipment.
Hands on cable joint and termination of HV/LV Cable ranging voltage from 220V to 13.8 KV.
Operational, Parallel & Synchronizing Emergency Generator to Main Diesel Generator, and Dummy load test to check the load capability of the Generator.

Responsible on Trickle Charging of 24VDC Battery Charger for the stand-by Generators.
Trouble-Shooting HV/LV Switchgear by testing the fixed and moving contacts of Isolator. Energize the CB ( closing/tripping) and Isolate from the Bus Cubicle during repair and preventive maintenance period. Check the wiring of Closing coil , Tripping coil and micro switch.
Check Charging spring of CB and Close/Trip the Breaker electrically / Mechanically, Cleaning & and moving mechanism.

Performed ratio test on VT/CT using SVERKER 750 Programma Relay Test system ,for Current Voltage injector, and verify all signal alarm of Switchgear on PMS-Power Management System.
Keep Daily log on on Maintenance activities and prepare accomplishment report on daily basis.

Preparation of work pack on Instrument loop dossier and functional test for system handover to client.
Supervision of technician doing various instrument loop checking & simulation test from (CCR) Cargo control room through DCS,PCS,ISS, Safe guarding system to the field and its corresponding interlocks.
