Responsible for managing client jobs through the entire manufacturing process. This included
getting all specifications, creating work orders, scheduling manufacturing time, and shipping of

manufacturing.

Responsible for managing major client jobs within a large manufacturing environment. This
involved getting all job specifications from sales, client, and estimating and verifying project.
Prepared materials list for purchasing and insured all materials arrived in time. Provided
manufacturing samples to client for sign off prior to beginning manufacturing. Communicated on a
daily or weekly basis job status to sales and client. Prepared plant work orders and
shipping/mailing documentation. Monitored all details of the project through out the manufacturing
process to insure highest quality standards and all specifications were met. Created invoice for
accounting when projects were completed.
Customer Service Representative, Mail Operations Manager, and Traffic Manager
Webco Printing Company, Omaha, NE (Now out of business) (February 1992 to January 1997)
Worked three positions simultaneously for this company.
As a Customer Service Representative was responsible for managing job production within the manufacturing environment. This included verifying job specifications, creating work orders, and monitoring the project within the manufacturing environment.
As Mail Operations Manager researched and procured all the necessary hardware and software to
set up a department to fulfill clients mailing needs including merge/purge, presorting, CASS
Certifying, drop shipping, and postage discounts. Instituted all the necessary requirements of the
US Postal Service to allow the company to become a Plant Load Facility, an authorized Manifest
Mailer, and an authorized Drop Ship Mailer. Worked with Department Managers assisting in the
training of associates in the set up of mailing equipment, reading mailing reports, preparing drop
ship mail, and mail verification procedures.
As Traffic Manager established relationships to reduce freight charges by as much as 50% with
Freight Brokers, LTL Carriers, FedEx, and United Parcel Service. Backed up warehouse operations
which included using fork lift trucks and manual and electric pallet jacks to load trucks and handle
materials.

Specialized Education and Training:

Completed an eleven month course designed by the company to train salesman in the technical application and marketing of Kodak products to Commercial Printing Companies. The training rotated between classroom and lab work at the Kodak Marketing Education Center. In addition time was spent in the field with established Kodak Representatives interacting with clients and other Kodak Employees. Time was also spent in the manufacturing and research and development facilities.

Completed about 75% of the necessary College level courses toward an Associates degree in electronics technology. Was transferred by company to another city and was unable to complete.
