Major producer and constructor of precast-prestressed concrete products for water / wastewater industry.

• Design wastewater plant layout and tank sizing for modular and custom treatment facilities.

• Prepare Process Design Reports and Specs for consulting engineers to incorporate in submittals to permitting agencies.

• Directed 25+ employee department responsible for streets and drainage, municipal waste collection and recycling, buildings and grounds, fleet and engineering.

• Provided budget preparation and control, major purchases, construction management and contract administration on city improvement projects.

• Advised City Administrator on department-related issues and served on management team with other city department heads.

• Transitioned refuse service from in-house collection to private contractor, increasing efficiency and reducing costs for the City.
