Responsibilities for site development and construction projects include management from due diligence, bid process and award through project completion and turn-over, liaison with clients/owners, supervising engineers and geotechs, contracting with sub/contractors, preparing schedules & budgets, conducting pre-construction and planning meetings, securing and coordinating applicable regulatory & governmental permits & licenses, preparing feasibility and cash flow analysis, contracts and payment applications, and preparing & reviewing contracts and change orders.
As a trained professional with over 20 years of management experience in supervision, development and construction of all types of real estate, large industrial structures, commercial, multi-rise buildings, single and multifamily, land development and phosphate mine reclamation. Managing project from $200,000 to $5 million has provided vast experiences and knowledge to execute projects on time, on budget and with a professional approach that has given clients a level of comfort for the successful completion of their projects.
