As a Coach Operator (aka: driver); my job is to transport the public safely to there destination. As well as the assisting and securing disabled passengers. I due a daily pretrip inspection of my bus; making sure my bus is safe to drive. I follow given directions and maintain the scheduling. Assist passengers with needed information about the routes. I can drive any bus up to forty feet long.
As a in-service trainer with NCTD. I was responsible for training new drivers while in service and on route. I made sure they drove safely and follow the rules of the road handle passenger properly. I also made sure they secure the people in wheelchair safely and properly. I write reports on how well they did and what they need to work on. So that when they go on the road again they know how to handle situations properly.
Along with driving my set route, I had the opportunity to be trained as a Dispatcher,
We used the VMS Systems, and Trapeze to ease our job to Monitor 500 Buses on the road; this was a great Opportunity for me.

During my Military Career I attended various schools to be the best. I went through 2nd Echelon Mechanics at Camp Johnson, North Carolina. Where I studied how to trouble shoot, repair and diagnose diesel and gas engines. When I was at the 3rd Echelon Mechanic, I learned how to rebuild and replace Engines and Transmission. I also learned micro management and repair and rebuild generators and starters on various types and vehicles. I continued my education with NCO and Staff NCO Academy. In my final Duty I was the Operations Chief for Motor Transport, In Charge of the Dispatching, and Training Day to Day Operation Of the Units Mobile Equipment,
I did one tour as a drill instructor. Two years I served in Grenada, the bombing of the Embassy. Eleven months in Lebanon, the capture of the students in the University. Six months in Panama, where Noriega attempted to take over the canal. Thirteen months in Desert Storm, in Saddam attempting to enter Saudi Arabia and the capture of Kuwait. And all other small crisis our country call for during that time.
I graduated in 1981, from South Gate high schools were I studied: as a social studies major. I studied different languages such as French and German. And I studied the fundamentals of automotive. I have some collage education were I studied at Mira Costa Collage for my Associates degree in Business Management. I studied the fundamental of Business Accounting Basics, staff management and leadership programs.
