Provide acquisition and financial management support to the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Program Executive Office Fixed Wing (PEO-FW). Manage financial budgets for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) C-130 fleet in excess of $60 million dollars. Tasks include requirements definition, POM and PR development support, budget development and articulation, operating budget development, funding document and contract modification development, expenditure analysis, and contract and document reconciliation and closeout. Assist in the development of Milestone B documentation to include the Program Specific Memorandum of Agreement, Acquisition Decision Memorandum and the Acquisition Program Baseline documentation for the SOF C-130J Program.

Provide acquisition program management support for the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Science and Technology (S&T) program. Develop Acquisition Program Baseline, Technology Development Strategy, and System Acquisition Management Plans for Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) programs within SORDAC-ST.
