Project: Kalisindh Thermal Power Plant unit (1200MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Rajasthan)

The Power unit is configured with 2 x 600MW Steam turbine Generator, Two Coal

Fired boiler by BGR Energy Systems along with in Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include new configuration and Erection of various control systems of Boiler and BOP.

To evaluate & monitor over all work progress of erection equipment as per scheduled planning.

Ensuring activities like planning, scheduling, monitoring & timely execution of erection

General maintenance and trouble shooting of Process control instruments

The Power unit is configured with 6 x 235MW Gas turbines-V94.3A by Siemens (SGT5-4000F), Six Heat Recovery Steam Generators by DOOSAN with Fail-safe system-T3000 Siemens DCS, 3 x 225MW units Condensing extraction type steam Turbines by Alstom along with in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include new configuration and commissioning of various control systems associated with the commissioning of Gas turbines, HRSG’s, Steam turbine etc

Commissioning of Various systems of HRSG Boiler in Combined Cycle power plant

Conducting Function and witness test for different systems in the Boiler

Loop checking & Function test of various process system in BOP (Balance of Plant) area

General maintenance and trouble shooting of Process control instruments

Logic checking, Protection checking & Configuring I/O’s for various instruments in DCS
