HR Assistant, The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown: (September 2008 – Present) Responsible for administering a broad range of HR functions including benefits, entry level hiring and on-boarding, employee discipline, employee development, branch scheduling and payroll back-up. Manage up to seven floating tellers cross 12 bank branches. Work with branch managers on performance appraisal issues including consulting on annual reviews for branch staff of 70+ employees. Develop, coordinate, and deliver various trainings to all levels of the organization strengthening communication and presentation skills. Increase interpersonal skills and develop a greater understanding of HR policies as they affect and are implemented by other banking institutions.
