Army Corps of Engineers May 2010- August 2010

Alyssa Rumsey managed staffing in both the Transatlantic Division and Middle Eastern Division. This task mandated coordination with intermingled teams as well as being proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Communication was of the utmost importance in order to stay on top of the always and quickly changing personnel. In addition, she conceptualized, developed and executed Project Proposal Presentations for highly ranking staff using Microsoft PowerPoint and QuickTime for imbedding videos. Often she would go above and beyond expectations to create a presentation that was sure to impress. Her daily tasks consisted of being the office manager in which she ran a neat and timely office.
