Recruited to organize parcel and streets Right of Way turnover, pre-inspection and punch list development, bid generation, contract review and contractor selection, contract scheduling, inspection and payment for work fulfilled.

Commanded a $5.3M construction of concrete structures such as 4 and 5 barrel box culverts with concrete and asphalt paving.
