Project Execution

Timely review of detailed engineering per project engineering philosophy, services and deliverables.

Evaluate vendor to achieve cost effectiveness and timely delivery.

Review/approve layout; supervise the erection & commissioning of I&CS on site.

Review inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of I&CS.

Contract Management

Finalise contracts with Contractors, Consultants, Vendors in view of project schedule.

Settlement of all technocommercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.

Maintenance Management

Direct the preventive/predictive maintenance of Plant Utilities, Instrumentation and Control Systems (I&CS) to reduce breakdowns / downtime as well as ensure availability at all times.
