In house PBX phone system technician, I Activate Telecom Jacks, Utilize Punch-down tools to initialize Dial Tones, trace Voice and Data CAT 5 cables and Digital lines, Troubleshoot fax analog lines, fax hardware, Troubleshoot Blackberry Handheld Devices, Backup profile and digitally wipe Blackberry device, activate/reactivate Blackberry Profiles remotely using Blackberry enterprise Server, and/or locally using Blackberry manager software. Activate Voice and Data packages for International and Domestic usage on Mobile, and Wireless Devices, interfacing with the ISP’s and Land and wireless vendors. I am responsible for auditing monthly telecom accounts, add/remove additional landline, analog and wireless features, Coding and accruals of telecom Invoices. I administrate account activation and deactivation with Telecom carriers for wireless accounts, home office, and remote office locations. I Negotiate terms for service restoration if service has been restricted. I Trace and troubleshoot cross-connect wires from Terminal Number blocks, to Cross connect ports, also from Cross connect Block to Patch panel, and from Patch Panel to the Assigned Jack number. We utilize Procomm Plus Terminal for all system related assignments, all implementations are text line command. Responsible for digital Voice land-line swaps/changes, Moves users telecom lines to new locations, assign names to the caller ID, Setup Voice mailbox access and Greeting setup using Nortel Callpilot Manager. Micro-manage, Isolate and document call usage from any and all Digital numbers within Microcall telecom system Database. Nortel network PBX telecom system technician, Phone hardware models 2000, 2008, 2616, 3903, 3904. Install and troubleshoot Wireless Hands-free Jabra T5330 Head sets, digital recording devices, Telecom Product Support, Assign Toll-free Conference Call numbers to users as needed, Administrate accounts For Web-conferencing in Webex, Live-meeting, and Intercall. Reset account passwords in Symposium, Troubleshoot FTP Client connections. Track additional expenses added to land and wireless line.
