2005- Present: Registered Nurse, Scottsdale Healthcare (SHC) Shea, Scottsdale, AZ.

Working in a challenging position as RN at Cardiovascular Intensive Care and medical surgical ICU, developed skills to recover open-heart surgery patients, perform Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Balloon pump, Impella device, therapeutic hypothermia, ventilated patient care, and other intensive care skills.

Precepted new nurses and military nurses through Military partnership with SHC under readiness Skill Sustainment Training Program (RSSTP) and clinical rotations.

Participating in Pressure Ulcer Prevalence Study to collect and analyse data from Cardiovascular ICU and Medical Surgical ICU in order to assess and plan pressure ulcer prevention initiatives in ICU patient population.

RN member of Blood Conservation Committee at SHC. Actively participated in pilot study and to develop guidelines of blood component transfusion orders. Also participated in staff education about blood conservation initiatives at SHC and implementation of new protocol and orders of blood transfusion.

RN participant in interviews by Arizona Quality Alliance (AQA) Site surveyors for Scottsdale Healthcare to answer their questions regarding quality improvement process at this institution. Scottsdale Healthcare received Pioneer Award for quality 2010.
