•Demonstrate knowledge of GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE Networks from RF optimization perspective

•Planning the network in RF planning tool (like Asset) defining their related parameters: site coordinates,

antenna type, antenna tilt, height, azimuth, power, cable loss, propagation model parameters, etc.

•Validating site configuration in the field during the technical site survey visit and preparing the Technical Site

Survey report.

•Setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated.

•Analysing site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements.

•Plan and execute tasks to optimize RF clusters in the network during the deployment phase.

•Daily Analyzing KPI and optimizing the sites by physical optimization or through parameter optimization.

•Performing Drive tests and analyzing data to evaluate network performance.

•Backup and updating the neighbour list and other parameters for the entire BSCs, RACs, and RNCs

•Analyzing and troubleshooting the worst performing cells based on high drop call rate, high RAB drop rate,

high assign fail ratio, high handover failure, poor call success rate etc to improve the overall KPI.

•Improving the identified problems through hardware change, antenna Change antenna refinement like

down/up tilts, change orientation etc

•Undertake fine tuning of parameters to improve the performance Drop Call Rate, Call Setup Success Rate-

CSSR, Handover Success Rate and Traffic- balance by using Cell Load Sharing.
