In the context of AIAG _ PPAP, providing process guidance and direction to all engaged suppliers of chassis, body – components and assemblies including signal and power distribution panels and the associated wires to Magna Steyr _Disney Program. As member of Magna Steyr SCM team, participating with plant engineering/assembly team members to insure quality and reliability of inbound components.

SUPPLIER QUALITY & RELIABILITY ENGINEER, GM Lordstown, OH

(October 2010– December 2010)

Provided support to Chevy Cruze General Assembly Quality Engineering Team to resolve part's quality and reliability issues. Resolved process issues with line supervisors in general assembly and body and white plant. Issued quality appropriate PRR (s) to the suppliers of non-conforming components and assemblies.

SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE); MAGNA STEYR/GAZ – Powertrain, Transmission and Chassis June, 2007 – November 4, 2008. Engaged GAZ Chrysler -JR 41 NAFTA suppliers to get familiar with GAZ quality standards, and required reporting requirements. Insured that assigned supplier were in compliance of AIAG/GAZ PPAP process prior to the start of production for Volga Siber. On site, PPAP objectives of GAZ for Siber/Volga engines were achieved at Chrysler Engine Plant in Saltillo, Mexico.
