• Visual inspection of materials and that against with spec. & Purchase order and incoming inspection report

• To ensure all painting works comply with relevant project specification & classification requirement

• Dry film thickness for the coat

• Ensure quality standard in each and every step of the coating process. (Grit blasting, power tool cleaning, and Vacuum cleaning, full coat spray painting, stripe coating and final inspection).

• Check the DFT of the coated surface and give instruction to the sprayer and touch up painters for the DFT and proper condition of the coated surface.
