– Develop scope of work and justification for plant projects and manage projects to completion. Insure project remains within scope and budget and is executed safely.

Significant achievement: Instrumental in bringing online new filled pasta line and sauce line as part of a 15MM dollar project

- Develop and provide drawings and bills of material for clients to construct fully operational water treatment system plants. Work with engineers and contractors in field to build plants that comply with company and client specifications. Ensure safety and environmental concerns are properly addressed.

Significant achievements:

• Inherited two 2MM-dollar projects from leaving engineer bringing to successful completion.

• Instituted new Bill of Material breakdown simplifying materials control and ordering.

• Engineered new steam distribution system resulting in increased efficiencies and higher throughputs.

• Installed and operated waste water treatment system resulting in permit compliance.

• Designed and installed natural gas system in production facility, resulting in substantial savings of fuel costs.
