• Substituted as Team Leader of Engine Shop Maintenance: received calls, prioritized and directed team members to respond to breakdowns. Supervised maintenance technicians over three machining lines and one final assembly line. Monitored line efficiencies and requested additional resources as necessary; responsible for shift report and downtime/countermeasure reports for the optimization of line performance.

• Troubleshot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems utilizing print reading with Volo View Software; repaired CNC equipment, gantries, conveyor systems and established best practices.
