PRESENT WORK DETAILS:

ABG Shipyard Ltd. Surat.

Currently working as an Asst Manager (HULL&Outfitting) department . I joined ABG Shipyard Ltd., Surat in December 2005

..Carrying out inspection at various stages of fabrication and erection of structures as per IACS, AWS D1.1, Class Rules & Technical Specification to meet Classification Society and Owners requirements.

Planning & scheduling of steel work in project.

Liaise between Owners and Classification Society regarding all construction related details of vessel.

Preparation of documents related to Inspection Test Plan, NDT Plans, procedures based on applicable Technical Specifications, Standards and contractual requirements.

Managing all NDT requirement and established the procedures for the concerned projects..

Inspection of all the outfitting foundations, hatches, doors, ladders and overall appearance of the vessel.

Involved in the alignment of main engine to thrusters and motor to pump alignment.

Issuance of non-conformity reports and obtaining the technical solutions to establish the correct remedial action.

Establishing Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Record and subsequently Qualifying Welders.

Project worked in:

1. 91.1 meter, diving support vessel for Halul offshore under class DNV

2. 153 meter, bulk carrier vessel for ESL Group, Finland under class LRS.

3. 63 meter, OSV vessel for Deep Sea Supply ASA, Norway under the inspection of Site Team and Det Norske Veritas.

4. 53 meter, AHT for Lamnalco group Project, sarjah under inspection of Det Norske Veritas.

5. 91 mtr osv for sealion group.

Involved in the successful launching and delivery of Nine vessels for the Lamnalco Group.
