Project : “Switch Report Standardization (SRS)”

Synopsis

A web solution which is designed to generate more than 10 generalized reports using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) by generating dynamic SQL scripts (Table, Stored Procedure, and Functions). It uses XML to handle the SQL scripts from which the C# will choose the appropriate code based on the configuration from the users in UI and deploy the same in development server.

The same will then be moved to the Production server where the reports will be automated to deliver them through Excel in mail on daily basis or on hourly basis depending on the requirement. It effectively reduced the designing time of the report from 5 – 6 hours to 15 – 30 minutes.

Synopsis

This is a tool what every BPO companies need especially for non-voice process, to say simply a system to monitor Agents and calculate Agent Utilization. It is a simple application which track every activities of each agent and provides agent utilization report. It saves a lot of cost to the company.

Synopsis

It is a typical ticket managing system like assigning tickets and to provide ETA, Track, follow up and alert mailing. We can generate the reports like “Tickets which are greater than 30 days”, Particular employees tickets, High priority tickets...Etc. It helps to track, know each employees capacity and avoid conflict with the manager as well as last minute rush.

“SFTP upload”

Description

The CLR stored procedure which accepts some inputs like server name, password, local path, remote path … etc and do the upload using the SFTP protocol with logging also it will do alert if there is a failure occurs. I have written in my blog about how to achieve SFTP upload in .Net.
