Executed coding and testing, as well as supported the development initiatives for AT&T Long Distance Ensemble Billing System in both front-end GUI and back-end servers. Performed defect analysis to resolve issues for all long distance billing markets and new billing market for U-verse and VoIP products. Deployed and coordinated rollouts to ensure all products were free from defects. Provided expertise and support to both development and external testing groups on various test initiatives. Functioned as release impact manager for switch application engaged in design, coding and documentation reviews. Interacted with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to resolve tests and production issues. Career Highlights:

- Piloted the new server functionality for Bell South and Migration development program; worked collaboratively with detail design architects in resolving issues throughout the whole process.
