Evaluated, assessed and recorded construction oversight issues and coordinated with Resident Engineers, consultants, prime/sub-contractors and agency representatives to address and mitigate them.

Project Design Manager 1999 – 2001

Project Design Manager for the City’s wastewater (sanitary/storm/combined-sewer overflow) collection system with a primary emphasis on sanitary pipeline, storm surface run-off collection, overflow, and other related infrastructure projects. Performed professional engineering design, construction and project management. Prepared construction contract bid documents, technical reports, feasibility studies, project workflow processes, and many other engineering and management documents required to effectively and efficiently manage these projects.
