• Lead and monitor the sanitation crew for proper cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and the detail cleaning of equipments.

• Conducted research on antioxidant properties of green coffee.

• Development of prototypes for the experiments.

• Worked on the Antioxidant properties of Green coffee .Antioxidants are the substances used to reduce the spoilage of food due to rancidity thereby increasing the shelf life of food products.

• Worked on HPLC and UV-VIS and moisture analysis.

• Conducted various tests to check the percentage of the antioxidant activity of the constituents of the extract of green coffee and have arrived at a conclusion that green coffee constituents can be used as substitutes for the products used as antioxidants in food industry.

• Followed all the GLP’s and safety procedures as per the guidelines required.

• Recorded and analyzed the results to report the conclusion.

• Maintained complete and accurate record of the experiments conducted.
