• Schedule materials, deliveries and follow up on material orders and job needs.

• Responsible for scheduling of heavy equipment and delivering of construction supplies needed for work sites.

• Monitoring manpower, material and supervision of day- to-day site activities.

• Keeping construction project in compliance with schedules.

• Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to contract specifications and adheres to established schedules.

• Responsible for scheduling all inspections.

• Liaison with Nevada Power, Embarq, City, County Inspectors and Vendors through correspondence and meetings for smooth execution of the project.

• Working closely with owners/developers.

• Final walk through with municipal service inspectors of completed job.

• Always observant of safety policies and procedures.

• Work equipment safely and effectively.

• Operation of heavy and light equipment.

• Able to read and comprehend all warning signs and labels on a construction site.

• Certified by the Nevada State Contractors Board with an A-General License.
