Directed and coordinated daily operational business aspects focusing on membership, member relations/retention, F&B, golf course maintenance, and golf operations. Evaluated financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data for submission to the Board of Directors to measure goal achievement as well as to determine areas needing cost reduction and process improvement.
