In response to your current open position for a Loan Funder/Closer, Senior Loan Processor, Closing Manager or Loan Processing Manager. I’ve attached my current resume and I hope this will be acceptable. I will be relocating to your area, and need to find employment. I’ve included some telephone numbers to my previous supervisors (a,b,c) that I’ve worked with. Many of the companies I’ve worked for in the past 30 years have changed names, sold or closed their offices in Southern California as well as Northern California. As you can see from my enclosed resume and application my diverse skills make me a strong candidate for this position or any other, as I’ve worked as Loan Processing Supervisor, Contract Loan Processor, Junior Underwriter (FHA D.E. Chums Approval), Set-up and Supervised loan Closing/Funding departments. Responsibilities were to administer policies, procedures and operational functions for loan closers and/or loan processors and loan officers. To ensure that we were in compliance with various regulatory rules and regulations for investors to meet all governmental or corporate requirements. Ability to assist production staff in working through funding challenges. My goal is always to provide support and superior service to our customer base as well as internal staff. With my many years of experience, I have the ability and knowledge to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. I am familiar with most automated underwriting programs such as LP, DU, Assetwise and many other major AUS programs. I’ve also assisted Brokers in opening a production office as well as opened new branch offices for large mortgage companies. I’ve hired staff, trained and disciplined when needed and set-up all required forms and disclosures for small and large mortgage offices and supervised and managed the staff.
