Monitoring all the process of welding vise joint fit-up, root pass, hot pass filling pass & final pass, pre heat & PWHT.

Inspection of welding consumable as per approved WPS.

To verify the required equipment for welding, like welding machine, baking equipment, welding torch or holder, clamping, etc.

To inspect backing of low hydrogen electrodes and handling of consumables.

Witness of joint preheating, post heating and purging as required.

Witness the welding activities.

Visual inspection of completed weld joints.

Issuance of inspection reports and arranging client inspection and NDT as required.

Control & trace all site materials and welding consumables. Supervise, monitoring & witness the hardness & PWHT activities.

Mechanical

Preparation & Review of method statements for equipment installations & erection.

Approve & ensure proper carrying out of the ITP / QC plan of activities for subcontractors according to inspection criticality and hold points, follow up, monitoring sub-cont. Performance of the PMI for the stainless steel series and low alloy steel grades.

Visual inspection of foundation level, anchors, as per approved construction drawings.

Ensuring implementation of quality inspection plan (QIP).

Inspection of Vendor incoming skids Dew point control unit, Flare knocks out drum Vessels, Cold & low temperature separator.

Final Inspection & Punch listing of all Mechanical Systems.

Review of test packages and witness the pneumatic testing, hydro testing / flushing & air blowing the pipe spools.
