This required digital pictures of all the IT infrastructure components, offices, teller lines and other rooms. This also included confirmation that the setup of all the rooms and infrastructure were in compliance with the Verizon requirements via a spreadsheet provided by Verizon.

Siemens teamed up with Met Life insurance to help them move their old office building into their new building. There were 200+ desktops to be moved. Unpacked and setup each desktop according the company standards. Mapped printers to each station. Fixed printer issues and any other problems reported by their end users after the move.

IT Help Desk Technician: Provided technical assistance to the Education and Training Division at Robins AFB.
