My security expertise and experience include position as Project Manager for a 4-building Office Park and eventually Director of Security for a 21 floor Hi-Rise in Midtown Atlanta. Automotive Sales Representative

Worked as a Sales Associates for an Autoplex that consists of a multitude of vehicles from new to used; assisted in bringing high volume numbers to the dealership; insured that all inventory was correct; developed different marketing strategies that improved Sales production.

On-Site Director of Accounts and Security Services

Managed and was instrumental in the startup of a 21 floor High-Rise building in the Midtown Office area of Atlanta. Position was awarded after working part-time for 4 months within the Company and performing at a higher level than others. Duties and responsibilities included assisting Corporate Sales Team with showing vacant areas for potential tenants; conducting meetings and In-Services with other Managers and Directors in the area; coordinating tenant meeting with Leasing partners and the Corporate General Manager; working with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve daily issues; managed a Security Team that consists of 18 Officers; overseen the performance of contractors and vendors; implemented a new Security system for routine cash drops at the on-site Credit Union; maintained a cost efficient budget for the Company.
