“A smart grid delivers electricity from generation to consumers using advanced semiconductor technology to save

energy, reduce cost and increase reliability and transparency of the system”

Analyzed and produced a small scale model of the Load Simulation Station of an advanced smart grid.

Simulated the power electronics processing part of the smart grid where the Industrial, Residential and Commercial Loads cause load fluctuations in the advanced Wind interface system, known as “Load Simulation Station”, using the MATLAB software.

Guided by Dr. Mohammed Safiuddin, advanced applications research professor at The University at Buffalo.
