Senior Production Control Analyst – Scheduler, Indianapolis, Indiana

Developed and monitored the schedules for two (2) shift pump production departments with 22,400 units (30+) models per day and tracked purchased parts for pump production. Worked closely with vendors to effectively resolve delivery issues and ensure timely delivery. Established and maintained professional and productive relationships with vendors and customers. Collaborated with any cross-functional teams throughout the department to facilitate day-to-day operations and ensure timely Production and Quality.

• Eliminated all inbound premium freight, resulting in an overall cost savings of over $100,000 and reduced year-end inventory by $900,000; conducted effective negotiations

• Met 100% of the customer demands and enhanced customer satisfaction; successfully achieved no excess freight costs and received Winner’s Circle awards for 100% On-time delivery/SIMS Score for 2010 and 2011.
