Deloitte – BC ICM, Siebel Case Management 8.2.2, Senior Specialist, January 2011 to present. The British Columbia asked to Deloitte to Case Management solution. BC ministries wanted to move from case centric to a contact centric model, to help share information across ministries. Mr. Houim was the functional facilitator for the meeting with the business owners for the Contact and Incident modules. He documented Functional Requirements for the mappings and business rules required from each legacy systems and coordinated with offshore during the build process. Currently we are in the test process

Independent Contractor - PPD, Siebel 8.1 Project, EIM Analyst, July 2010 to December 2010. PPD asked IBM to update the Siebel 7.7 to Siebel 8.2, Mr. Houim provided analysis and design on each entity for the data the was migrated to the new Siebel 8.2 for PPD. He coordinated the functional requirements with offshore and documented all the functional requirements.

Independent Contractor - Boeing, Siebel eEvent Project, EIM Developer, February 2010 to May 2010. Boeing asked Oracle to implement Siebel eEvents 8.1.1, to manage all the training events for the Boeing Leadership Center. Mr. Houim was responsible for analysis, design and implementation of the Data Migration process from the WRASTA system to Siebel. He was responsible for data migration and on-time delivery.

Independent Contractor – TSA, Siebel Case Management Project, EIM Developer, August 2009 to January 2010. TSA asked IBM to implement Siebel Case Management 8.1, to help control the employee badging information for all airports in the United States. Mr. Houim led the data migration team and was responsible for design and implementation of the Data Migration process for the secure flight legacy, DB2, system to Siebel. He was also responsible for managing the data migration team and leading the team to an on-time delivery.

IBM - NYCHA, Siebel Case Management Project, EIM Developer, November 2007 to July 2009. The client asked IBM to implement Siebel Case Management 8.0. Mr. Houim is the sole data migration lead, responsible for the design and implementation of the Data Migration process from legacy systems to Siebel e-business. He is also responsible in the data conversion of the Case, Household, Contact, Accounts, Addresses, List-Of-Values, Views, and Responsibilities into the new application.

IBM – T-Mobile, Siebel Communication Project, EIM Developer, November 2006 to November 2007. The client asked IBM to implement upgrade of Siebel Communication from Siebel 7.0.5 to 7.8.2. Mr. Houim plays a major key player in the integration/EIM role. Mr. Houim utilized the Oracle 10g new technology, the pipe line function move 1.6 TB of data to the new Siebel Application.

Mr. Houim played as lead in the SQL performance tuning team for preprocessing and EIM jobs.

IBM - GENZYME, Siebel Clinical Project, Lead EIM Specialist, April 2006 to November 2006. The client asked IBM to implement Siebel e-clinical applications. Mr. Houim plays a lead data integration/EIM role on a Siebel Clinical implementation for this client. He leads a team responsible for the design and implementation of the Data Migration process from legacy systems to Siebel e-business Mr. Houim provided services related to data conversion and technical configurations. He led his team by analyzing the current database schema and maps it to the Siebel Database tables (Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Base Tables). He closely worked with the client and different teams within the project to gather requirements, to understand the current database system and design the data conversion strategy to the new application. He created and maintains the tracking spreadsheet and data conversion design documents for the team. He was also responsible in the data conversion of the Products, Protocol, Sites, Subjects, Contact, Accounts, Addresses, List-Of-Values, Views, and Responsibilities into the new application.

IBM - INROADS, Siebel Call Center Project, Lead EIM Specialist, November 2005 to March 2006. The client asked IBM to implement Siebel e-business applications. Mr. Houim plays a lead data integration/EIM role on a Siebel call center implementation for this client. He leads a team responsible for the design and implementation of the Data Migration process from legacy systems to Siebel e-business. He also worked closely with the Siebel Configurators to identify the Siebel Base tables and to determine other required fields to be populated for the INROADS Siebel application. He identified the Siebel EIM tables, created the Siebel Data Mappings and File Layouts, and Siebel Configuration EIM files (IFB) for the Organizations, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Users, Addresses, positions, attachments, etc. He also created nightly batch process from the legacy applications to the Siebel database. He has identified errors with in the data extract file by thoroughly analyzing the log files and then worked closely with the legacy data team to correct the extracted data.

Ingersoll-Rand Bobcat, Siebel Marketing & Campaign Project, Siebel EIM Expert, August 2004 to November 2005. Bobcat needed to develop a standardized reporting environment to serve the reporting needs of executive users. Mr. Houim designed and created reports and charts. He created Siebel Scripting in order to load business data from a third party source, created EIM processes to synchronize customer data in Siebel Oracle RDMS, and created remote database extracts. He was responsible for the data mappings from the original source tables and columns to new target tables and columns. Mr. Houim implemented Siebel business service for each Siebel script. He wrote PL/SQL blocks for Siebel EIM Loads and debugged extraction errors for the PL/SQL blocks. Mr. Houim analyzed the Siebel EIM IFB files for performance tuning and extended the Siebel base tables to allow for custom columns. He wrote SQL to verify the Siebel base tables were populated from the original source tables, designed automation process for the Siebel EIM loads, submitted a SIF file to Siebel TAM services to create custom EIM tables, imported custom tables, and was involved in the application release process.

Ingersoll-Rand Bobcat, NINJA, Visual Studio Developer, September 2001 to September 2003. Bobcat required a simplified client/server application in order to locate and update manufacturing information. This required organizing the retails and field inventory, sales history, current and previous orders, competitor sale information, dealer market share information, dealer credit request, and product comparisons for facilitated access. Mr. Houim was involved in every phase of the project from beginning to end, designing an application layout and developing the application. He configured and implemented Windows 2003 terminal server to host the application designed a reporting environment to host oracle reports used by the application, wrote the custom PL/SQL blocks for the application, designed and modeled custom tables for the Oracle database, and created market share charts based on industry data. The implementation of the program saved Ingersoll-Rand Bobcat over $150,000.

Ingersoll-Rand Bobcat, Bobcat Warranty, Visual Basic Developer, September 2000 to September 2001. Bobcat warranty department needed a tool created to obtain warranty claims information. Mr. Houim provided a warranty application with standard reports and an ad-hoc query. He gathered business requirements for the project, designed and created the interface screen for users as well as the custom reports, and wrote the custom PL/SQL blocks for the application.

Ingersoll-Rand Bobcat, QCI, Visual Basic Developer, September 2000 to September 2001. QCI was created to help Bobcat administrators keep record of the quality cost improvement programs for the company. Mr. Houim gathered business requirements for the project, designed the interface screen for users, designed and created customs reports, designed and implemented a built-in routing system, and wrote the custom PL/SQL blocks for the program.

Dakota Drug, UP Speed Project, Network Specialist, September 1999 to April 2000. Dakota Drug needed help in resolving network issues with latency and difficulty in performing a task. Mr. Houim installed a cat-5 throughout the company, installed new Cisco switches, updated the user computer system to handle new network configurations, and changed the network hardware. He also setup and installed Windows 2000 server and the exchange server.
